Services

Ten services in four areas: finding suppliers, bookings, consultancy, documents and advertising. We work in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across the United Arab Emirates. Each service below says which category it sits under, so nothing here is vague. If a job needs an approval we do not hold, we tell you before we take it on.

Trade & Bookings

The trading desk. We hold prices with suppliers and place your requirement against those prices. We earn either a commission from the supplier, or a margin on the price we agreed. We tell you which one before you commit.

Wholesale on a Fee or Contract Basis

We are the company in the middle, not the seller. We agree prices with a supplier and put the buyer against them. On some work the supplier pays us for doing that. On trade and bookings we buy at the agreed price and quote you one price of our own. You are told which one applies before you commit. Either way you are buying against a price we negotiated, not a retail one.

Reservation Services

Bookings arranged with providers across the United Arab Emirates. Placing them, confirming them, changing them when the plan changes, and doing the follow-up nobody enjoys. Rooms, venues, transport and events, arranged through established providers rather than sold as products of ours. When a date moves or a group grows by four, the reworking is our problem. You make one call instead of five.

Advice

Four kinds of consultancy. These are advice jobs: the analysis, the structure, and a recommendation you can act on. Where doing the work needs a regulated permission, that part sits with a company that has it.

Tourism & Recreation Consultancy

Planning advice before anything is booked. Where to go for the result you actually want, not the one a brochure suggests. How much time is realistic. What the season does to price and availability. Most useful when a plan has to suit a group, a family or a company with competing needs. The bookings themselves sit under our reservation service.

Service category: Tourism & Recreation Consultants

Management Consultancy

Advice for businesses already trading in the United Arab Emirates or moving into it. How the business is set up. Where money is leaking. Which processes are held together by one person’s memory. What order the steps into a new market should come in. We work with owner-run businesses and small teams. The person who decides is in the room, and the advice has to be usable next week.

Service category: Management Consultancies

Human Resources Consultancy

Advice on how a workforce is organised. How roles should be designed and who reports to whom. How interviews and assessments should run. HR policy, and the employment paperwork an employer is expected to keep. The boundary matters. We advise on how you hire. We do not supply workers, place candidates, or run hiring for you. That is a different business, and not one we are in.

Service category: Human Resources Consultancy

Real Estate Consultancy

Advice on commercial and residential property needs. Getting your bearings in a market you do not know yet. Comparing options against a written brief. And what a shortlist should really be judged on. Where the deal itself needs a registered broker, we say so and work alongside one rather than around them.

Service category: Real Estate Consultancies

Business Support

The admin load that quietly slows an owner down. Unglamorous, time-consuming, and always the first thing left undone.

Businessmen Administrative Services

Support for owners, directors and visiting company heads. Diaries and coordination, correspondence, meeting logistics, and keeping the back office moving while the owner is in another country. It is really about continuity. A week away should not cost two weeks catching up, and small things should not pile up until they become big ones.

Service category: Businessmen Administrative Services

Documents Clearing Services

Preparing, submitting and following up paperwork with the right offices. Getting it right before it is filed rather than after it is rejected, and tracking where it has got to. The value is not the filing. It is that somebody is watching it and tells you when it moves. If a submission needs an approval we do not hold, we say so at the start.

Service category: Documents Clearing Services

Brand & Digital

Getting the business seen, during a campaign and in all the time between campaigns.

Advertising

Campaign work from the idea through to where it runs. What the business should actually be saying, who is worth saying it to, and where that message is worth paying to appear. We plan and run the campaign and manage the production partners it needs, without the layer of agency jargon usually attached to it.

Service category: Advertising

Digital Content Services

The writing, pictures and social posts a business needs between campaigns. One consistent voice, published on a schedule, so someone who looks you up finds something recent rather than a page that stopped eighteen months ago. Done regularly rather than in bursts. Content that appears in bursts reads worse than content that does not appear at all.

When a job needs an approval we do not hold, we say so at the start and work alongside a company that already has it. We do not claim permissions we do not have.

Straight answers

Worth asking before you hire anyone

How are you paid, and what does it cost me?

It depends on the job, and we tell you before you commit. On pure advice work — management, HR or real estate consultancy — we agree a fee with you directly, in writing, before we start. On trade and bookings we buy at an agreed price and quote you one price with our margin in it. On other work the supplier pays our commission. You will never pay us a margin we did not tell you about.

What does Documents Clearing Services actually cover?

Preparing your paperwork, submitting it, and following it up until it moves. That is all of it. The value is that somebody is watching it and tells you when the status changes. If a filing needs an approval we do not hold, we say so at the start and point you to whoever has it.

Is Human Resources Consultancy the same as hiring people for me?

No, and the difference matters. What we offer is advice: how roles should be designed, how a hiring process should run, and what your policies and employment paperwork should look like. Supplying workers or placing candidates is a different business, and not one we are in.

My job covers several of these services. Is that a problem?

It is the reason we exist. One brief covers all of it. We handle whichever suppliers it needs, and you are not passed between departments, because we do not have any.

Do you work with individuals, or only companies?

Both. Bookings and travel advice are often personal. Management, HR and real estate consultancy are usually for businesses. The process is the same either way, and so is the rule that you are told what we earn before you commit.

What if the work needs an approval you do not hold?

We tell you before you hire us, not halfway through. When that happens we work alongside a company that already has it. Or we step back and say the work is not ours to take.

Which emirates do you cover?

All seven. Most work runs through Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah because that is where the volume is. The supplier network and the coordination are the same everywhere. Nothing about how we work is tied to one address.

What does “wholesale on a fee or contract basis” mean?

It is the formal name for finding suppliers. We hold agreed prices with suppliers and put your requirement against those prices. The supplier pays us a commission, or we add our own margin to a price we agreed. It is the licensed category behind most of the buying work we do.

Do you charge for the first conversation?

No. Working out what you need, telling you whether it is ours, and pointing you elsewhere when it is not are all free. A fee only exists once there is advice work agreed in writing, or a booking placed.

What do you need from me to come back with a price?

The result you want, the dates, the location, and roughly what you can spend. That is usually enough. If it is not, one call closes the gap. We would rather ask two questions now than quote against a guess.

How fast do you reply?

The same working day, Sunday to Thursday, Gulf Standard Time. WhatsApp is fastest. Messages that arrive at the weekend are picked up on Sunday morning.

Can you help a company coming into the UAE for the first time?

Yes, as advice. Management consultancy covers how the business should be set up and where money is leaking. Real estate consultancy covers premises. Admin and document support covers the paperwork that follows. Where an approval sits outside what we hold, we say so and work alongside whoever has it.

Do you handle company travel, events and venue bookings?

Yes, that is our reservation service. Rooms, venues, transport, and the changes that follow when dates move or a group grows. One company places it and one company handles the changes.

Do you work in Arabic as well as English?

Both, in writing and on the phone. The site is published in both languages and we can correspond in either.

Describe it in plain words

You do not need to know which category your job falls under. Send it the way you would explain it to a friend, and we will tell you whether it is ours.
