Not the steps, the result. “Twelve people, four nights, second week of March” tells us more than a list of tasks ever will.
What is fixed and what can move
Dates, budget, location, numbers. Tell us which of them really cannot change. That is usually what decides whether something is possible at all.
Who decides
If somebody else has to approve it, say so now. It changes how we plan the work, and it saves a round of messages later.

Messages are answered by a person, usually the same working day, Sunday to Thursday, Gulf Standard Time (GMT+4). If something is urgent, WhatsApp will reach us before email does. Messages that arrive at the weekend are picked up on Sunday morning.
