About Sansar Setu
“Sansar” means world. “Setu” means bridge. The name is the business, and there is not much more to it than that.
Why this exists
We stay with the job, not just the introduction
Sansar Setu FZE LLC was set up in the United Arab Emirates in July 2026. We are new, and we are not going to write around that. The problem we were built for is not new at all.
Getting anything important arranged here means dealing with several companies at once. The person holding it all together ends up being you. Each company is good at its own part. Each one takes a cut. None of them is responsible for whether the whole thing worked, because none of them was ever given the whole thing.
So we keep the business deliberately narrow. We agree prices with suppliers. One company stands in front of the client. What we earn is said out loud, not hidden inside the price you are quoted. That is the whole model. It does not need to be big to work. It needs whoever is holding it to answer the phone.
We would rather grow slowly on work we can stand behind than quickly on work we cannot. In practice that means saying no more often than a new company probably should, and saying it early enough to be useful.
A new company cannot borrow trust from a history it does not have. What it can do is say exactly what it does, and name who answers when it does it.

Who you are actually dealing with
Sansar Setu FZE LLC is privately owned and run by the people who started it. The team that reads your brief is the team that answers it. The same people stay on your file from the first message to the last.
There is no ticket queue and nobody gets passed on. We are a small firm on purpose, and we would rather say that plainly. It limits how much we can carry at once. It is also why nothing on your file has to be explained twice. If your job needs a supplier with several hundred people behind it, we will say so on the first call.

How we work
Four things we stick to
One company responsible
You say what you need once. We carry it across every supplier it touches, and we stay the one answering for the result. Nobody gets handed back halfway with an apology.
We tell you either way
Sometimes the supplier pays us a commission. Sometimes we buy at an agreed price and quote you one price with our margin in it. We put which one in writing before you commit. It is never worked out afterwards.
We stick to what we do
Ten services, each one named. If your job falls outside them, we say so on the first call. Then we point you to whoever can do it properly, even when that is not us.
Approvals where they are needed
Some work needs an approval we do not hold. When it does, we say so at the start and work alongside a company that has it. We do not claim permissions we do not have.

Who exactly am I signing with?
Sansar Setu FZE LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates in July 2026. It is privately owned and run by the people who started it. There is no second company behind it and no parent company you would have to chase.
You started in July 2026. Why should I trust you?
On the first job, not on a history we do not have. What we offer instead is a registered company, a real address, and one company responsible for the work. How we get paid takes one sentence to check. Judge the first brief and decide from there.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
The same people, all the way through. One person stays on your file for the whole job instead of rotating an account manager through it. Nothing has to be explained again to a replacement six months later.
What happens if something goes wrong halfway through?
You call the same number and reach the same person. We sort it out with the supplier and tell you what actually happened, not what sounds better. If it was our mistake, we say so.
Are there jobs you turn down?
Often. Ten services are named on the Services page and we stick to them. If a job needs an approval we do not hold, we say so at the start. Then we either work alongside a company that has it, or we step back.
Do you take money from both sides of a deal?
No. On any one job we are paid one way only. Either a commission from the supplier, our own margin on a price we agreed, or a fee agreed with you directly. Which one it is goes in writing before the work starts. We never run two of them on the same job.

How we work, how we get paid on your job, what happens when something goes wrong. Ask now rather than later. A straight answer costs us nothing and saves us both the wrong job.
