Each takes a cut you never see, and none of them is responsible for the result. We are. We buy at prices we have already agreed with suppliers. We tell you what we earn. You need one thing done. A week later you are running a project you never asked for. The supplier is waiting for the consultant. The consultant is waiting for the paperwork. Nobody told the person doing the paperwork that the dates moved. Everyone is doing their own job properly. Nobody is holding the whole thing together, because nobody was asked to.
Every extra pair of hands also adds a cost you cannot see. The price you are quoted is not the market price. It is the market price plus everyone standing between you and it. They are all entitled to earn something. None of them is going to mention it.
We do it the other way round. Tell us the result you want, in normal words. We find the supplier who can actually deliver it. We buy at a price we have already agreed. Then we stay responsible for whether it worked. How we get paid depends on the job. Either the supplier pays us a commission, or we add our own margin to a price we agreed. We tell you which one before anything is booked.
There is no platform to log in to. No membership to keep paying for. No account manager who leaves in six months and hands you to someone who has not read your file. One simple way of working, and one desk that answers. For a company as new as ours, that is not a way around proving ourselves. It is the only honest way to start.
We tell you what we earn before you agree to anything, not after. You cannot judge a price that has a hidden number inside it.

We find it
We go to suppliers we already have prices with, and send you only what really fits. If nothing fits, we tell you. We will not sell you the closest thing we happen to have.
We agree
You see the supplier price and what we earn on it. Both numbers, in writing, before we commit to anything for you.
We deliver
We keep the moving parts moving and chase what needs chasing. We stay reachable until the work is finished, not until it is booked.

What people ask before the first conversation
What does Sansar Setu actually do?
We sit in the middle, in the UAE. You tell us the result you want. We find the supplier who can deliver it, agree a price we already hold, and stay the one company responsible until the job is done. Ten services in four areas: trade and bookings, advice, business support, and brand and digital.
How is that different from an agency?
An agency usually does the work itself and bills you for it. We do not do the work. We find it, agree the price and keep it moving. We are paid either a commission by the supplier or a margin on a price we agreed. You are told which one before you commit.
Do you cover Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
Yes, and the rest of the UAE. Most of our work is in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah because that is where the volume is. It works the same in every emirate, because it runs on supplier relationships rather than on one address.
What does it cost to ask?
Nothing. Working out what you need, and telling you whether it is something we do, is free. That includes when the answer is that you should be talking to somebody else.
How do I know what you are earning on my job?
Because we tell you before anything is agreed. On advice work we agree a fee with you directly. On trade and bookings we quote one price with our margin already in it. On other work the supplier pays our commission. You will never pay us something we did not tell you about.
My job covers several of your services. Is that a problem?
That is exactly why the company exists. One brief covers all of it, and we handle whichever suppliers it needs. You are not passed between departments, because we do not have any.
